This page explains how to delete your data from callSaul, a service of Trikuti AI Labs (OPC) Private Limited.
If you use callSaul (businesses)
- You can disconnect Google Calendar or WhatsApp in Settings. We then stop accessing that account and delete stored access tokens within 7 days.
- To delete your account and all its data, email saul@callsaul.io from your account email with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
- We keep only records the law requires, such as invoices and tax records. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days before it is overwritten.
If you called or messaged a business that uses callSaul
- Your call or WhatsApp data belongs to that business, so contact the business directly.
- You can also email saul@callsaul.io with your phone number and the business's name. We will forward your request to the business and help it delete your data.
- To stop WhatsApp messages from a business, block its number in WhatsApp.
